WHAT IS A CLINIC CHARGE?

This appointment and clinic charge (£29.00) is for our professional nurse to take blood from your arm. It is applicable to both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments. This charge covers sample collection for all your tests on the day.

Blood tests are not included in this charge. You will need to add the blood tests you require to your shopping basket separately.

2. Book into the York clinic

Book your appointment at our York clinic, where our skilled phlebotomists will professionally collect your sample. We offer both venous (venipuncture) and capillary sampling options, allowing you to choose the method that best suits your needs and comfort.

3. Receive your results

After your sample is analysed in our laboratory, your results will be delivered as a secure, password-protected PDF via email, usually on the same day, or by the next day at the latest.

Everyone is welcome at our York clinic, where we offer the flexibility to either book ahead or walk in at a time that works best for you.

Our experienced venipuncture nurses are highly trained in both standard blood draw techniques and finger-prick (capillary) testing, an excellent option for those with difficult veins or needle sensitivity. We’re committed to providing a calm, reassuring environment, especially for those who may feel anxious about the procedure.

With access to over 300 biomarkers, you can choose a blood test that's right for your health goals or concerns. For added convenience, we also offer at-home sample collection kits if preferred.
