Booking a test at our Plymouth clinic

The process is simple:

1. Browse and choose your test

Browsing our tests is easy. Use our A-Z list, our categorised collections, our symptom search or our Quick Finder to find the test best suited to you. We have comprehensive blood test panels or single biomarker tests.

2. Choose a clinic appointment time

Use our booking system to select a date and time for an appointment at our Plymouth clinic. At your appointment, our phlebotomists will collect your sample using a venipuncture or capillary method based on your preference or test specifications.

3. Receive your results

Your blood test results will be securely emailed to you the same day or the following day after the sample reaches our lab. You will be able to use the Health Dashboard to view and compare results.

What can I expect from a clinic appointment?

At our Plymouth clinic, you can either schedule an appointment or take advantage of our walk-in service. Our expert venipuncture nurses are on hand to assist with traditional blood collection methods or can perform finger-prick sampling for those with challenging veins. We specialise in creating a calming environment for patients who may feel anxious about the procedure.

The cost of our service includes all aspects of testing, with no need for a GP referral. You have a choice of over 300 biomarkers to suit a wide array of health monitoring needs. Additionally, we offer the convenience of at-home sample collection kits, and we can arrange home visits if you prefer.

It organises your data into user-friendly sections, including lab files, biomarkers, test panels, and laboratory reports, these are the actual documents we receive from our laboratories.

    The dashboard enhances your testing experience with several valuable features:

  • Each biomarker comes with descriptive commentary to help you understand the specifics of your results.
  • Clearly see how your results compare to standard reference ranges.
  • Understand the implications if your results are above or below the laboratory's or national average reference ranges.
  • Easily compare different reference ranges and analyse your health and performance comprehensively.

When you purchase a subscription, we will deliver your home test kits or allow you to book appointments in line with your chosen frequency. There are no minimum tests and you can cancel or pause and restart at any time.
