WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP TIERS?

The FLEX plan allows you to apply additional discounts to any test or service. This is most useful when you know what you need and are comfortable around blood tests. It's an ultimate pick-and-mix.

The PERFORMANCE plan allows you to have an advanced body systems check twice a year, together with GP appointments and clinic visits. It's an advanced way of keeping yourself on top of your health and not have to think about putting a package together. This is our most popular option.

The LONGEVITY plan is for the ultimate health check, twice a year. It's the largest test on offer in the UK and can only be done at our clinics, as the samples require special handling. All of the usual longevity markers are included in this plan.

HOW OUR MEMBERSHIPS WORK

STEP 1

PICK A PLAN AND BILLING FREQUENCY

We have three plans for you to choose from. The FLEX, ULTIMATE and LONGEVITY, for complete flexibility.

STEP 2

CHECKOUT AND PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP

You can choose to be billed every 6 or 12 months for your subscription. You can pause or cancel any time. Your membership will renew at the set billing time, annually or every 6 month.

STEP 3

GET YOUR DISCOUNT CODES AND LINKS TO TESTS AND START BOOKING

You will immediately receive an email, with access to booking your tests. You can then book the tests as part of your membership.

The email will contain all of the discount codes you need, to use when you are ready to book.

STEP 4

BOOK YOUR TESTS, CLINIC APPOINTMENTS AND GP CONSULTATIONS

You will have access to 100% discount codes for everything in your plan. You can book in any combination, as it suits you. Just place the order online and put the 100% discount code(s) in at checkout.

YOUR HEALTHCARE - DIRECT FROM A LABORATORY AND CLINICIANS

We run our own regulated laboratories and our own accredited clinics. There are no middle men with us and there are no referrals.

When you book your test with us - you book directly with the lab and our clinical team. This means accuracy and responsible duty of care, direct access to the provider and extremely fast turnaround times.

Finally, our customer services rock! You can ask the lab a question any time or you can speak to a real human.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed every 6 months or every year, depending on your preference. Yearly subscription is more cost effective.

Is my plan or discounts transferrable?

Currently we do not offer transferability and your discounts are only active on your account. You will not be able to transfer these to family members or friends at this stage.

If you do book for other people - the results will be mixed and you will not be able to tell whose result belongs to who, as they will all be under one name.

If you wish for two people to take advantage of our offerings - please advise them to create separate accounts.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can. There is no minimal number of subscriptions. Your subscription and benefits will remain active until your next billing date, when the subscription will expire and you will not be billed.

You need to cancel your subscription actively, i.e. log into your account and navigate to "Subscriptions" section.

If you do not cancel your subscription it will be treated as ongoing and you will be billed at set intervals agreed at the time of sign up.

Do prices of tests change?

Not for you, if you are on subscription. You are not affected by price changes for the duration of your subscription.
