We are in the middle block called "ACERO". Next to "VENTANA HOUSE". Please see photos and videos attached to the page, otherwise you may get lost.

Our building has a large letter "A" (for ACERO), in the window.

Everything is on the ground floor, no lifts or stairs.

We can take blood from children aged between 5 and 16 via a GP private referral letter. Click here for instructions.

This appointment and clinic charge (£29.00) is for our professional phlebotomist to take blood from your arm. It is applicable to both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments. This charge covers sample collection for all your tests on the day.

Blood tests are not included in this charge. You will need to add the blood tests you require to your shopping basket separately.

Your sample is processed as soon as it reaches our lab, with most results emailed to you the following day. Results arrive as a secure, password-protected PDF to keep your data safe and confidential.
