WHAT IS A CLINIC CHARGE?

This appointment and clinic charge (£29.00) is for our professional phlebotomist to take blood from your arm. It is applicable to both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments. This charge covers sample collection for all your tests on the day.

Blood tests are not included in this charge. You will need to add the blood tests you require to your shopping basket separately.

Our London Victoria clinic, alongside our other locations, welcomes everyone. Schedule your appointment or opt for a same-day walk-in. Our venipuncture specialists are skilled in traditional blood collection methods and offer a finger-prick technique for those with difficult veins. We’re also experienced in soothing nervous patients.

All tests are priced inclusively, and there’s no need for a GP referral. Our selection of over 300 biomarkers and pre-configured panels, including the Full Blood Count and Diabetes or Cholesterol panels, cater to a wide range of health needs.

Home collection kits option is also available for your convenience.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY RESULTS?

Your results are promptly delivered once they reach our lab and will be sent to you via a password-protected PDF file, with explanations available on your Health Dashboard.

Share these with your GP or healthcare provider for any further advice or treatment or you can discuss them with our online GP team (charged separately).
