Many people assume that if the front door is closed, the clinic is closed. At our Aberdeen clinic at 2 Queen's Gardens, the main reception does not open until 9 am, but the clinic opens at 8 am. For an early appointment, simply use the One Day Tests entrance at the rear of the building, via Queen's Lane North. You can book in minutes or walk in, no GP referral is needed, and many results are available the same day.

Come and visit us at the Aberdeen clinic for quick turnaround test results.
Our Aberdeen clinic, like our locations nationwide, is open to anyone who prefers professional support with sample collection, needs fast results, or has tests that must be taken from a vein. Our experienced clinical team makes every visit comfortable and reassuring, and our modern phlebotomy suite and advanced laboratory facilities support diagnostic testing to the highest medical standards.
Having said that, you will want to know the results are dependable. We provide a comprehensive range of tests comparable to those offered by your GP, all analysed by the same type of fully regulated diagnostic laboratories, and all biomarker guidance is written by our in-house UK GPs, each with many years of clinical experience. If you want to talk it through first, call 0127 309 2844 and speak to a human.
For anyone who likes to see the credentials, here they are.
Our fully equipped Aberdeen clinic covers routine and specialist testing, with over 300 biomarkers to choose from. You can test specific biomarkers, such as calcium or oestradiol, or order a comprehensive panel that tests many biomarkers at once, some with more than 50. You can also pick tests by symptom, or check a body function such as liver or kidney function.
The ready-made panels people choose most are the Full Blood Count, panels for diabetes and cholesterol, and our popular Essential All Systems Blood Test. The most popular test across the whole range is the Ultimate Performance Test at 59 biomarkers, and the largest is the Ultimate Longevity Test at 74.
As you can imagine, the way the sample is taken depends on the test and on you. A qualified phlebotomist collects it by standard venous blood draw or by finger-prick (capillary), depending on your preference and test requirements, and the clinic is ideal if you would like professional support, your tests need a venous sample, or you want the fastest possible turnaround. Here is a selection of other tests available at Aberdeen, with biomarker counts and usual turnaround.
ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE TESTThis is the most popular test in our range. An ultimate blood screen that reports on a huge panel of 59 different biomarkers, for a detailed overview of your body. The process is simple. Here is how a visit to Aberdeen goes.
Open our Aberdeen clinic page, pick a date and time, and you are booked. Adding a mobile number is optional, and we only use it if your appointment changes, never for marketing. If you would rather not plan ahead, walk in Monday to Friday between 8 am and 2 pm.
The £35 appointment and clinic charge covers sample collection for all the tests you have on the day. Blood tests are not included in that charge, so add the ones you want to your basket separately. If you plan to test regularly, a subscription gives you discounts on future tests, with home kits or clinic appointments at a frequency of your choice and the option to pause or restart.
If you need a custom panel, or you have a question before booking, call us on 0127 309 2844 or email [email protected]. We run our own laboratory and can build any panel you like.

Yes. No GP referral is needed, and the tests are comparable to those your GP would order. Choose the tests you want on our website, then book an appointment or simply walk in, and a qualified venepuncture nurse takes your sample.
