Many people think a quick blood test and a careful one are two different things. At our Portsmouth clinic on Landport Terrace, your sample is processed without delay, most results are emailed the very next day, and every stage of the process is held to the highest standard of care and precision. Walk-ins are always welcome, no GP referral is needed, and you can book a same-day appointment if you prefer.

We are here to serve the Portsmouth community, and fast, accurate results are a promise rather than a goal. Every stage, from sample collection through to result delivery, is held to the highest standard of care and precision. We operate in full compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations and BSI/ISO 15189 standards, with continuous monitoring of our equipment and procedures. On top of that, we take part in the nationwide BioRad EQA scheme, which gives every result an additional layer of independent validation.
Having said that, standards are only part of the picture. You get the same tests your GP would order, without a referral, and we keep the whole thing simple and stress-free. With our own in-house laboratory we can build any panel you need, so if you cannot find what you want, call 0127 309 2844 and speak directly to one of the team.
For anyone who likes to see the credentials, here they are.
Our Portsmouth clinic offers a full range of blood tests. You can choose a single biomarker test or go for one of our panels, some of which cover more than 60 biomarkers. You can also select tests based on specific symptoms, or target a particular area of health, such as liver or kidney function.
The most popular test in our range is the Ultimate Performance Test, a blood screen covering 59 biomarkers including micronutrients and vitamins, thyroid, hormones, organ function and cholesterol. The largest is the Ultimate Longevity Test at 74. For a basic MOT, the Essential All Systems Blood Test covers a full blood count, kidney and liver function, electrolytes and CRP.
As you can imagine, the sample type depends on the test. If your test requires a venous blood draw, our phlebotomist takes care of it quickly and comfortably, and that is the ideal route if you need urgent results or your test is marked "venous only". If you prefer capillary sampling, we can accommodate that too. Here is a selection of other tests available at Portsmouth, with biomarker counts and usual turnaround.

It is as easy as three steps, plus the visit itself.
Open our Portsmouth clinic page, pick a date and time, and you are booked. Adding a mobile number is optional, and we only use it if your appointment changes, never for marketing. No appointment? No problem. Walk in Monday to Friday between 8 am and 2 pm.
The £35 appointment and clinic charge covers sample collection for all the tests you have on the day. Blood tests are not included in that charge, so add the ones you want to your basket separately. If you plan to test regularly, our subscription service gives you reduced rates on all future tests, which makes consistent monitoring more affordable.
If you want a custom panel, you can make a custom request here. With our own in-house laboratory we can build any panel you need. If you would rather talk it through, call 0127 309 2844 or email [email protected].
