BLOOD TESTS AVAILABLE AT OUR NOTTINGHAM CLINIC

Our Nottingham clinic provides comprehensive blood testing, from standard health screenings to specialised diagnostic tests. You can choose targeted biomarker analysis or a comprehensive panel examining 50 or more biomarkers. You can also pick tests based on your symptoms, or evaluate a specific bodily function such as fertility or kidney performance.

The most popular test in our range is the Ultimate Performance Test, a blood screen covering 59 biomarkers including micronutrients and vitamins, thyroid, hormones, fertility, organ function and cholesterol. The largest is the Ultimate Longevity Test at 74. For a basic MOT, the Essential All Systems Blood Test covers a full blood count, kidney and liver function, electrolytes and CRP.

As you can imagine, how the sample is taken depends on the test and on you. Our skilled phlebotomists collect it by venepuncture or capillary methods, whichever suits you best, and the clinic is especially convenient if your test requires venous collection, you would like professional assistance, or you need expedited results. Here is a selection of other tests available at Nottingham, with biomarker counts and usual turnaround.

HOW IT WORKS

The process is simple. Here is how a visit to Nottingham goes.

  1. Select your test - Browse the range, from targeted biomarker tests to comprehensive panels, or pick by symptom or bodily function. The Quick Finder helps if you are unsure.
  2. Book, or walk in - Arrange an appointment ahead of time, or simply walk in at your convenience. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8.15 am to 2 pm. The £35 clinic charge applies to walk-ins and bookings alike, and it covers sample collection for all your tests on the day.
  3. Come to High Pavement - The clinic is on the ground floor at Unit 2, 12 High Pavement, Nottingham, NG1 1HN (view map). The nearest car parks are Broad Marsh and Lace Market. A qualified phlebotomist collects your sample by standard venous collection, or by finger-prick if you have challenging veins or feel anxious about needles. Children aged 5 to 16 can be tested with a GP private referral letter (details here).
  4. Access your results - Your results are typically available the same day your sample is analysed or within 24 hours, sent securely by email as a password-protected PDF. Some specialised tests take longer, so reach out first if your needs are time-sensitive. Your results also appear on the Health Dashboard, where you can monitor fluctuations in your biomarkers and spot patterns over time.

BOOKING YOUR BLOOD TEST IN NOTTINGHAM

Open our Nottingham clinic page, pick a date and time, and you are booked. Adding a mobile number is optional, and we only use it if your appointment changes, never for marketing. If you would rather not plan ahead, walk in Monday to Friday between 8.15 am and 2 pm.

The £35 appointment and clinic charge covers sample collection for all the tests you have on the day. Blood tests are not included in that charge, so add the ones you want to your basket separately. If you want to keep testing, our membership programme and subscription service give you reduced rates on subsequent tests and continuous tracking through the Health Dashboard, with a choice of at-home kits or clinic visits.

If you need a bespoke panel, or help choosing the right tests, contact us here or email [email protected]. Our laboratory can craft a panel that fits your needs.
