You're probably wondering who is behind the clinic and the laboratory. Here is what sits behind the Liverpool clinic.
So with the credentials out of the way, what about the tests themselves? We offer the same tests your GP would order, without a referral. The laboratory is our own, so we can also build a custom panel if a standard test does not cover what you need. Most results arrive the following day as a secure, password-protected PDF. Our customers rate us 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot.
At the Liverpool clinic you can choose from over 300 biomarkers. You can book a single test or a panel. Some panels cover more than 50 markers from one sample. If you are not sure where to start, you can pick tests by symptom or by body function, such as liver or kidney function. The Quick Finder on our website can also point you to the right test.
Having said that, not every test is taken the same way. Some tests are marked "venous only". For those, a sample is taken from a vein at the clinic. For other tests you can choose a venous draw or a finger-prick sample. As you can imagine, the finger-prick option suits people with difficult veins.
Our most popular test is the Ultimate Performance Test. It reports on 57 biomarkers, covering micronutrients and vitamins, thyroid, hormones, organ function, cholesterol and more. The Ultimate Longevity Test is the largest we do, at 71 biomarkers. Here are some of the other tests in the range, with the number of biomarkers each covers and how long results usually take.

The process is simple. Here is what happens from start to finish.
Go to our Liverpool clinic page, pick a date and time, and you are set. If you would rather not book, you can walk in Monday to Friday between 8.15 am and 2.30 pm.
The £35 appointment and clinic charge covers sample collection for all the tests you have on the day. Blood tests are not included in this charge, so add the tests you want to your basket separately. If it helps, Clearpay lets you split the cost into four interest-free payments.
If you have a question before you book, or you would like a custom panel, email us at hello@onedaytests.com.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our clinic.
Yes. The Liverpool clinic takes walk-ins as well as booked appointments. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.15 am to 2.30 pm. The £35 clinic charge is the same whether you walk in or book ahead. Having said that, if you would rather have a set time, you can book a same-day slot online.
You pay the £35 clinic charge plus the price of the tests you choose. The clinic charge covers taking the sample for all your tests on the day. Prices are shown on each test page when you book. As a guide, here are four examples.
Yes. If you cannot get to Rodney Street, we offer CE/MHRA marked home sample collection kits. However tests marked "venous only" still need a visit to the clinic, so a phlebotomist can take the sample from a vein.
No. You do not need a GP referral to be tested at our Liverpool clinic. We offer the same tests your GP would order, and you can book or walk in directly. The one exception is children aged 5 to 16, who need a GP private referral letter.
