We are proud to offer the Cardiff community a comprehensive range of blood tests, with rapid and reliable testing that runs through every step of the process, from sample collection to result delivery. We strictly adhere to Care Quality Commission regulations and BSI/ISO 15189 standards, we continuously monitor our testing equipment and procedures, and our participation in the nationwide BioRad EQA scheme adds an extra layer of validation to your results.
Having said that, standards are only part of the picture. You get the same tests your GP orders, without a referral, and a convenient, efficient service whether you are managing an existing condition, curious about your overall health, or fine-tuning your diet or training plan. With our own laboratory we can create any panel you require. If you want to talk it through, call 0127 309 2844 and speak directly to one of the team.
For anyone who likes to see the credentials, here they are.
Our Cardiff clinic offers a comprehensive range of blood tests. You can select a single test for one biomarker, or opt for a comprehensive panel, some of which include over 60 biomarkers. You can also choose tests based on specific symptoms, or focus on a particular body function such as liver or kidney health.
The most popular test in our range is the Ultimate Performance Test, a blood screen covering 59 biomarkers including micronutrients and vitamins, thyroid, hormones, organ function and cholesterol. The largest is the Ultimate Longevity Test at 74. For a basic MOT, the Essential All Systems Blood Test covers a full blood count, kidney and liver function, electrolytes and CRP.
On that same note, a word about how the sample is taken. If you need help with sample collection, or your tests require a venous sample, our phlebotomist quickly and easily draws blood from your vein, which is the best option for urgent results or tests labelled "venous only". If you prefer capillary sampling, we are happy to accommodate that. Here is a selection of other tests available at Cardiff, with biomarker counts and usual turnaround.
ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE TESTThis is the most popular test in our range. An ultimate blood screen that reports on a huge panel of 59 different biomarkers, for a detailed overview of your body. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Includes a comprehensive review and report on your micronutrients and vitamins, thyroid, hormones, fertility, testosterone, organ functions, cholesterol, blood disorders, immunity, metabolism, stress, hydration, and much more. Get your full body systems health check from one of the UK’s largest and most trusted blood testing laboratories. |

The process is simple. Here is how a visit to Cardiff goes.
Open our Cardiff clinic page, pick a date and time, and you are booked. Adding a mobile number is optional, and we only use it if your appointment changes, never for marketing. If you would rather not plan ahead, walk in Monday to Friday between 7.45 am and 3.30 pm.
The £35 appointment and clinic charge covers sample collection for all the tests you have on the day. Blood tests are not included in that charge, so add the ones you want to your basket separately. If you plan to test regularly, our subscription service gives you reduced rates on all future tests, which makes consistent monitoring more affordable.
If you need a custom panel, you can make a custom request here. With our own laboratory we can create any panel you require. If you would rather talk it through, call 0127 309 2844 or email [email protected].
