TREATMENT PACKAGES EXPLAINED

Our treatments options all provide testosterone replacement, but they differ in how they are administered, how frequently they are used and how easily they fit into everyday life.

Below is a short summary of the differences however our TRT clinical specialists are on hand to discuss in more detail with you.

Cypionate

Medication via injection
Smaller doses, injected on weekly basis
Choice of injecting using a smaller needle just under the skin or 2.5cm needle deeper into the muscle

Sustanon

Medication via injection
One larger dose, injected every 3 weeks
Medication injected direct into the muscle (outer thigh or buttock)

Testogel

Medication applied as a gel on a daily basis
Apply the gel across both shoulders or both upper arms
Caution required to prevent transfer of medication via skin to skin contact

Your TRT consultation appointment is 25 minutes. This is an online video call.

Your consultation will include a complete review of your recent blood results, symptoms, medical history, current medicines and TRT protocol.

We will consider how you feel alongside the numbers, including any ongoing concerns such as low mood, brain fog, fatigue, reduced libido, poor sleep or fluctuating energy.

Your clinician will assess your testosterone medicine, dose, frequency, injection technique and any additional treatments, while discussing alternative options where your current approach is not working well.

We will also explore your treatment journey, personal goals and lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, alcohol, smoking, weight and stress, so that any recommendations are clinically appropriate and tailored to you.

A SAFER, SUPPORTED WAY OF USING TRT

We recognise that people arrive at TRT through different routes, and some may already be using testosterone without a current prescription or ongoing clinical supervision.

You can speak to us openly and without judgement.

Our experienced clinical team can review your current testosterone use, blood results, symptoms and medical history and, where clinically appropriate, support you in moving into a structured, medically supervised TRT programme with prescribed medication and regular monitoring.

YOUR TREATMENT, TAILORED TO YOU

You do not need to remain on the same testosterone medicine when transferring to us. We understand that some patients may be unhappy with their current treatment.

Each option has different advantages and considerations, and our clinical team can discuss the available choices with you to find a treatment that suits your preferences and is clinically appropriate.

SUPPORTED TRANSFER OF CARE

We will guide you through each stage of transferring your care, including the information and blood tests required, while helping to maintain continuity of treatment.

You will also receive clear practical guidance and ongoing support throughout the process.

BLOOD TEST REQUIREMENTS

If you do not have any of One Day Tests blood results for your TRT, you can still book the TRT transfer service.

Blood tests are required for your three-month review, although we understand that some patients may not have completed recent tests when first transferring to us.

Results from other providers, including the NHS, can be accepted and used as part of your transfer consultation, provided they are sufficiently recent and include the required clinical markers.

TRANSPARENT PRICING

Your subscription includes your prescribed testosterone, injection consumables (including needles, syringes, wipes and a sharps bin), postage, blood tests and your three month review consultation.

Everything is included within one transparent monthly price, with an initial subscription period of three months.

PAUL SCOTT-HARRIS, CLINICAL PHARMACIST

Paul Scott Harris is our Lead Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber, leading both the TRT transfer pathway and ongoing TRT reviews.

He has extensive experience in TRT management, interpreting blood results alongside symptoms, treatment response and side effects. His work includes more complex treatment decisions involving dose adjustment, switching treatment and adjunctive therapies such as HCG, clomifene and tadalafil.

Paul reviews the whole clinical picture rather than testosterone levels alone, helping to ensure treatment remains safe, appropriate and individualised.
