PLEASE ENSURE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE IS AFTER THE RENEWAL TIME FOR NEXT TEST. OTHERWISE THE PHLEBOTOMIST WILL NOT SEE YOUR NEW ORDER AT THE CLINIC, IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE AND YOU MAY BE CHARGED TWICE.
