How to book a blood test at our clinic

The process is simple:

1. Select a blood test

You can pick tests by symptoms or just check a particular body function, such as liver or kidney function. Or, order a collection of biomarkers to track, like the Essential All Systems Blood Test, or just target one biomarker, like Rheumatoid Factor (RF) or HbA1c for diabetes. If you need help choosing the right test, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. 

2. Select your clinic and appointment time

Book a slot at our clinics if you want to plan ahead (you’ll also be able to walk-in for same-day results for most markers). The phlebotomist will take your blood from the vein (or capillary, if you prefer), so you don’t need to do anything.

3. Receive your results

Your results will arrive via email, in a password-protected, secure PDF file. They will usually be available the same day the sample reaches our lab, or the next day.

How does it work?

At One Day Tests, we provide venous blood tests and offer same-day appointments at our clinics in Crawley, Hove, London and other locations. Whether you prefer to book ahead or just walk in, you’ll get a same-day appointment to have your blood taken by a professional venipuncture nurse. 

Our professional nurses ensure a comfortable, stress-free experience that is both fast and effective. We can use our finger-prick technique if you’re uncomfortable with traditional blood-taking methods or if you have “difficult” veins.

This service is included in the price of tests, and no GP referral is ever required.

We also offer a convenient home sample collection kit or the ability for you to arrange a home visit if you’d prefer.

Receiving results

The same day your blood sample reaches our labs, which is usually the same day or day after it’s taken, your results will arrive. You’ll get a secure, password-protected PDF via email with all the info you need.

This can then be taken to your GP for further consultation. It cuts down waiting times and means you can streamline your health-improving decisions.
